Open to people with a keen interest in dance, theatre and what lies in between, the workshop will encourage participants to find their own self-expression through movement.

With ample space for what is felt but not said, Kayah and Maitreyah will guide the group through a movement based warm up, transitioning into an improvisation that explores the embodiment of emotional states.

Using music as a source of inspiration, movement and voice as tools, we'll share what we wish we could say to the world.
